If you are unable to get to our showroom we will bring the showroom to you! We offer a free in home estimate were we bring all our samples and expertise to you.

Yes, we offer the full selection of Hunter Douglas window fashions, so you can find exactly what you want for your home. This includes all the very newest products, colors and fabrics that Hunter Douglas occasionally adds to keep up with design trends, color changes and consumer wishes. We also carry the exclusive Alustra® Collection. Some dealers might not offer the full selection of Hunter Douglas window fashions, but we do.

We require a 50 percent deposit on all custom-made products at the time you place your order. When the project is fully installed, the remaining 50 percent is due.
We also offer an Exclusive Install Guarantee program where we will install your product in three weeks or less, it does not cost you any more, but you will pay a 100% deposit instead of the standard 50% deposit.
We accept, cash, check, all major credit cards and offer financing through GE Money.
Why do you do the measuring?
Window fashions are more complex than you might think. Many questions arise when we come to your home about how you will use your window fashions, how often you will operate them, whether you have children or pets in the home, what furniture might be placed in front of the window, etc. We know how to ask the right questions to make sure your window treatments function for optimal performance and ease of use. With many window fashions, exact (and knowledgeable) measuring and installation are critical, especially for inside mount situations and especially with hard, fitted products such as shutters. A measuring job done inaccurately can cost you lots of money if window fashions don’t fit correctly. In addition, many homes have imperfections in window shape or protrusions that an expert installer can address up front to prevent window treatment problems later. We always measure twice! Once you place your order our master installer will come and remeasure, this way we will not make any mistakes!
Most orders can be completed with our Install Guarantee Program and installed in 3 weeks or less, others will take 3-6 weeks to install. We can view your order online and are happy to give you a status update throughout the process.
What will the quote I receive look like?
You will receive a computer generated quote for each product you chose. It is easy to read and shows the details of each window, each product, color and options clearly. You can see the cost per window so you can clearly see exactly what you are ordering, no surprises at installation.
Who will be installing my products?
Every person you meet from Rocky Mountain Shutters & Shades is a trained employee. You will never have a sub-contractor in your home, only trained professionals covered under our workers compensation insurance, driving company vehicles, and taking great care of your home as if it was their own.
