I sent an email to the owner the night Kristen left our house. We are thrilled with our shutters and equally thrilled with the service we received. As I told Alan in my email, we went through Costco's sales people because we figured they'd be able to negotiate a cheaper deal. The sales lady that came to our house was rude, didn't know her product, and was strangely opinionated about what we would "definitely want." I decided that even if her price was the best (it wasn't), that I did not want to buy them from her so I called you all and spoke to Debbie. Debbie honestly knew more about the shutters than the sales lady who'd just left our house. So, Kristen came out, we loved her, she was helpful and knowledgeable, and we paid less for 3 windows than we would have for 2 with the Costco lady...Thanks so much for running such a fabulous, knowledgeable, and efficient company. I've already referred you all to several of my friends (in fact, did so again Saturday night at a dinner party).

Rocky Mtn was great! I had a problem with my order and they followed up with me and even went to the Hunter Douglas corporate office to remedy the issue. They had excellent customer service and I would be happy to refer them to my friends. I will definitely use them again for my future needs.
